Refund policy

Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at info@artofthegreen.ca .If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and the return address below. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We do not provide prepaid return labels. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will review the issue and work to resolve it.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain items are final sale and cannot be returned, including custom products, special order items, personalised items, seasonal and holiday items including Christmas Décor and Thanksgiving Décor, sale items, and gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the original item, and once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
